Waterloo Uncovered Autumn 2025 Programmes now open for expressions of interest.
We are delighted to announce that we are now accepting expressions of interest for our Autumn 2025 programmes. Our innovative programmes provide access to the archaeology and heritage of Waterloo, support recovery and wellbeing, and in turn, enable beneficiaries to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to engage with heritage.
There are two programmes available:
- Battlefields Uncovered: Our virtual programme that supports veterans and serving personnel to learn and develop knowledge, reduce loneliness and isolation, improve mental health and wellbeing, and equip beneficiaries with transferable skills.
- Exhibition Programme: A collaboration between Waterloo Uncovered and the Royal Hospital Chelsea, running from the end of October to early December. Beneficiaries will curate an exhibition of objects from our collection, culminating in a small pop up exhibition at the Royal Hospital Chelsea which will be open to the public over the weekend of 29-30 November.
Applications are open to UK veterans and serving military personnel who have not previously participated in a Waterloo Uncovered programme. If you feel that you, or a beneficiary, would benefit from this type of activity to support their wellbeing then please head over to our programme pages www.waterloouncovered.com/programmes for more details and how to get in touch.
