Tony Pollard is Professor of Conflict History and Archaeology at the University of Glasgow, where he is based in the Centre for War Studies and Conflict Archaeology, teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Over the past twenty-five years, Tony has carried out numerous conflict related archaeological projects across the globe, ranging from South Africa to the Falkland Islands. He has written widely for academic and general audiences and is also familiar face on television. Tony has been an archaeological director and academic lead with Waterloo Uncovered since it was founded in 2015.
